I started working on my first model in 3DSMax, so a made a robot to put in the engie's pocket, but I somehow managed to get 5060 freaking polygons. Are Chamferboxes and Spheres a nono? should I start again? I am still a beginner at all of this, so help would be appreciated.

This is what my first wip looks like, I tried to go for and dark and evil look but the tank looked wierd in any dark color so i made it cream spirit, and to justify team colors i tried making the shield red, this leaves it rather colorful though.

I think that could make it stand out from the other launchers without being too colorful. Desert-y colors suit the typical tf2 environments too.

I fully disagree. Atomic Expresso sounds exactly like the dorky kind of thing you'd put on a coffee cup. Chef's Blend is a bit more serious but does sound like something you'd brag (or pretend to brag) about.
Macchiato Meltdown might be on the [I]menu[/I] of a coffee place but certainly not on the cup itself. Chef's Blend was much better.
Make it Meltdown Macchiato.
As subtle as it may be, I think it makes it sound a bit different.

I think there might be one on Gamebanana, but it's modelled after the Soviet Union achievement and it's on Gamebanana. Your choice if you still want it.

You'll have to be really, really creative with the modeling on that to avoid any clipping with the ammobelt, unless Valve ever gives us a bandolier bodygroup.
