Can somebody be incredibly rad and make the Quadwrangler match this skin?
I always figured the "Eye obscuring headwear" was to keep in line with what you'd see on a propaganda poster, featuring a valiant and anonymous looking hero whose eyes are shadowed out by his helmet. The eye obscuring helmet seems less like a character trait and more like a style choice to make the soldier more visually interesting and keep in line with what likely had a hand in inspiring his character. Even if he's wearing a cap of some sort it usually does a good job of at least obsucring his eyes in some way, either by being slightly pulled down or the brim being rather tight fitting. and then we have this:

and my argument goes right out the fucking window. (although the low brim still obscures the eyes slightly, but you get my point)

It helps the dapper topper make just a tad bit more sense knowing this.
nah they did it because it makes him look like a goofy moron
I never denied that. Seems like a fairly thin connection to make up for an edit Valve made to the hat post acceptance. Edit: Not Make up as in a lie, as in a connection. My bad.

Stitched Saboteur and 3d Glasses prove they don't care about having the other team's colors on you anymore. Hell, even the fire axe could be used as an argument. They were given the choice between extremely idealistic design philosophy, which has already broken through precedent, and bastardizing an item until it's not even desirable anymore. They chose the former and I wish they hadn't.
Could the man who created the Dodecacannon (Pinkie Pie's Party Cannon) maybe hex the original version into a Rocket Jumper replacement?

It wouldn't have matched the original source material obviously, but it doesn't seem like that big of an issue, especially on retrospect considering things like paint.

His hats covering his eyes show how crazy he is. Seeing properly would make him look too normal - He thinks he is a real soldier, shoots anyone who comes to his apartment, didn't think WW2 had ended until 1949 and then made his own medals etc. Being able to see does not fit in much with the sort of person he is.

He's a lunatic whose genuinely deluded himself and others into believing he was/is in the military, basing his knowledge off of military culture, propaganda posters, and jingoism.
Hey, I have [opinon] over everything to do with [argument]! You can just [/opinion] and graciously [/transmission] to my [exaggerated opinionated argument].

has anyone made Armaments and Pineapple equalizer kill icons and sent them to Valve? Just those two, you need to be focused with them. Sending them a giant sheet and they'll get overwhelmed, you need to target specific kill icon problems one at a time.

I think Valve assumed that most people who have a Last Breath also have a hat that they use in junction with, so it covers up the weird egg-shaped-ness and avoids clipping altogether Although, I thought Daimao's fix looked fine but whatev'
the eye sockets bother me. Something seems... off with them on the new version

Finished the texture. Crits, opinions?
Cool, what is it?

Many hats depend on having that cone-like head because they were designed to be worn with the normal Pyro head. Any mask replacements to Pyro also have to keep that in mind, otherwise hats will clip with the new mask-replacing misc. Apparition's Aspect also had to be updated so that the tail-like wisp on his head wouldn't clip through hats, too. I'm actually more disappointed that the Last Breath wasn't made paintable with the update. I'm actually of the opinion that all cosmetic items should be paintable, to keep paintability as a sort of 'standard' amongst cosmetic items. Whether people paint it cancerous colors isn't anyone's concern, and that's more a problem with Valve adding those cancerous colors to the game rather than a problem with the item being 'paintable'. If I were to ever get an item into TF2 (which I won't, since I don't have the time to invest into modeling, texturing, etc.) then the last thing I would want is a fan of the item to say, "This is my favorite hat! But I wish it was paintable..." It's just a common desire among players to want to customize their hats/items with paint and I would feel it's only right that since they're paying me (the customer is always right) that I would comply with their wishes to make the item paintable.
Cool, what is it?
It's based on this: an old scuba oxygen tank.

Why the fuck did my previous concept get an 'artistic' vote? The idea itself is sort of neat, I think, but the drawing was one of the cruddiest I've made in a long while. To compensate, here's a pretty pretty design for a makeshift sniper rifle. Did you know that 'beige fabric straps' is the cheat code for infinite coolness? It is. I like that idea very much, but I feel I'd have trouble with the tape and UV (cause I suck at UVs lol).
Maybe move the flashlight forward so it's directly behind the binoculars, I reckon it might be hard to make the light beam look good with the weapon.
I suppose. Or move the binoculars back to accomplish the same thing. The first option would make the weapon look pretty front-heavy whereas the second would make it look short and bulky with a thinner barrel at the end. Neither would be very typical design choices for a sniper rifle, but I could see both looking neat.
