The wood seems too dark to me. It blends into the iron in a bad way.
Make it lighter and more like the Sandman wood.

And give the metal some more general phong rather than in just the spots

I'd like to raise awareness of the sentry/building lightwarp: It's essentially a grayscale player lightwarp.
Best used on weapons (or in some cases cosmetic items) that merge with the players where you don't want the purple tint in the shadows (Mainly metal)
and you don't want the off look of having the weapon lightwarp merge with something using the player lightwarp.
It deserves to be used more. I used it on the FoS I posted earlier and it looks great.
I don't recommend you using it on regular held weapons though, the weapon lightwarp is still perfectly fine for that.

It's not a stopwatch, it's a compass, he made it as part of a Boy Scout set for well, the Scout.
