Okay, this is frustrating the fuck out of me. I am trying to compile models and keep getting this error. I somehow hotfixed it for about half an hour yesterday, but I don't know how.

Unable to find gameinfo.txt. Solutions:
1. Read http://www.valve-erc.com/srcsdk/faq.html#NoGameDir
2. Run vconfig to specify which game you're working on.
3. Add -game <path> on the command line where <path> is the directory that gameinfo.txt is in.
The first solution's URL does not work. Vconfig won't launch in #2, and I have no fucking idea where to specify the third at (I'm using notepad++ for compiling. It's worked on hundreds of compilations in the past).
Google has been absolutely zero help on this one. All the fixes are things I've attempted or other problems entirely. Can somebody please lend me a hand on this one?
I just had to restart steam to be able to launch TF2 (which was crashing on startup) so you might wanna restart steam.
I figure it looks better and is less cluttered (plus lower poly) to have 1 screw in the middle than 2 screws on both ends.
but since you guys seem to want it, how do you feel about this, then?

You have the bottom bolted to the middle, but the top isn't bolted onto anything.

Not sure if either of these are good basecolours for medic, but i'd like to keep the colours different for each class so it's not so confusing for class recognition.
Way too resemblant of Pyro's characteristics.

I realized that I could have done some of the things in this effect a lot more efficiently, so please put this one in the list instead.
Can you tell us what's different or what you mean by "could have done some of the things in this effect a lot more efficiently."?

The coloring on the sideburns look a bit off to me. They might be too light?

I restarted Steam, didn't do me any good. I can launch TF2 and Source SDK just fine, but it doesn't resolve the compiling problem.
Speaking of sdk retardedness.
How do I play the running animations?
I can select them, just can't get anyone to actually run.
They just stand around staring at me.

Were you select the animations, there are some bars at the right, 2 of the indicates in which direction to move in the animation (Left - right and forward - back).

Well crap.
How did I not figure out the sliders labeled move decided what moved?
Thanks for the help.

Reblogging this back from page 141 because it seems to have been missed on the front page.
What type of pyro item do you think of when I say the name Bluster buster?
What type of pyro item do you think of when I say the name Bluster buster?
A flamethrower based around a desk fan or something of the sort.

Nothing actually really looks different. It just behaves better and more efficiently.
What type of pyro item do you think of when I say the name Bluster buster?
A backpack Misc. Item based off of the Sam and Max character "Bluster Blaster".

I kindly request someone to make this a head replacement for Pyro.
A hat that is actually in poly count, that is extremely strange for me.

I think I am gonna make a ghost over the standard pack and make it paintable.
(I get sweet ass items, without sweetass texturing skills.)
Everyone makes a mad grab for page king.
