You should bend the spike at the top (as if the pyro did it) so that it doesn't seem like the can would fly off after swinging it.

I think the cork texture needs work. Those little dots are getting lost even in that close range.

A few pages back Pie Tony posted the Medic needle misc with corks on them. He used large, obvious holes and medium sized holes to fill it in. Small holes will get lost.

be careful with the sleeper cork style. That item is a weapon and the corks are seen from an extremely close range (first person), closer than a misc can ever be seen at.
