you should just submit the potions as a stand alone item now.
I think they work totally fine as independent items, and they're the best item you have ever made. You can always add the rest of the set later, but getting in early with a shining item will help your other set items when you finally do make them.

I tend to like incredibly simple weapon names, which is probably why I don't like naming weapons as much as hats (since those can have ridiculous names)
