It honestly looks like someone put the HHH's head onto a model from a different game. No offense if it's your model, it just doesn't look like anything related to TF2.
It reminds me of those revealing armor mods for Skyrim. Also, the skirt and stockings look like they were taken from a Japanese game. However you could say they're gothic-styled. Still unfitting, though.
Ladys and gentlemens , Silliah Mann :
release this

anybody know how to open .pcf files for particles ? anyone ?
the strap, too much like the pith hats we already have
I told a certain person that but he said that this hat needs some detail.
Decided to improve and remake this "set". Since you submitted the only finished version of the American Eagle to the workshop Napy, do you want to remake it into the improved version? :v: Colors coming soon.
I told a certain person that but he said that this hat needs some detail.
Put eyelets on it. And make the cloth band brown or tan (the same as the rest of the helmet) instead of white to differentiate it from the other helmets. Also the folding style on the band here looks quite interesting. You could put that detail on the texture.
anybody know how to open .pcf files for particles ? anyone ?
Start TF2 with the launch parameter -tools; the rest should be self-explanatory.
It's just pretty much plain with some wear on it, no fancy designs or anything. [t]http://i.imgur.com/PwBwp.png[/t] Figured leather sandals like these wouldn't really have any design on the bottom of them.
I both disagree and agree with you. Sandals of the period they are emulating would likely have very little grip on the bottom, let alone a design (that is even if they would have grip at all), so you are right in keeping it to a simple/no pattern. I also agree with you that regardless of what people here think, you will very rarely see the bottom of the shoes. Even with the scout leaping around, the motion and focus of the game wont give you time to see anything there. However I do also disagree with you, in that it needs something more. Even if it's going off what you have here in the screenshot. For example, the wear in the base of these sandals should be in both the heel and the ball of the foot. The middle area rarely wears down as much due to the curvature of your average human foot (which is also obviously part of why modern shoes only have grips at the front at back more often than not). In short, I'd say keep it simple like you've done, but place some wear like this: Note: Forgive my shoddy mock up above. I just quickly threw it together to show you where I meant. Either that or something VERY basic for grip patterning, and subtle (even modern sandals often have little to no grip on certain types). You're on the right track, so stick with it. Some fancy modern sneaker style symbol grip would definitely look out of place.
Ladys and gentlemens , Silliah Mann :
The model is all fine and dandy. But is there a reason why now that he is a woman he has to look like a whore? I know that the gaming community gets this a lot in professional releases from gaming companies (as the majority of it is teenage boys), but with TF2 it's a little too obvious and makes me dislike it a lot. That and it's further shown by the fact that she now has to have skin and flesh instead of being a slender skeleton for the sake of making her look "sexy". As others have said, it also doesn't feel very TF2ish. To end on a light note however; if it is your model, I admit I think it's a very nice looking model. I just adhere to my thoughts above for it's context. It just doesn't fit.
I told a certain person that but he said that this hat needs some detail.
leopard print and claw damage you know you want to ;)

need a texturer? [ this would go well with the globe. you know it's true ]

Mnemo has updated some parts of the texture for this. Do you think teamcolored wire looks good enough? Any opinion/suggestion? Also, what about the little visor being that dark?
Better?
I think the old one was better. It doesn't make sense that it's mostly worn on the edges. Unless he stood (and ran, ouch) like this:
Yes.
I'll get on it along with the kendo set.
>Check the Emporium today >Tons of awesome Pyro stuff I'm. So. Happy. :D
Looks good, though I'd prefer it if the light metal was slightly darker.
Maybe it could be the same color as the buckles (like the one in the bottom left corner there) on his harness?
still dont know about these colours
Do you have the hat already released? Because the way it is colored looks a bit too cool for the red team, looks more like the colors on the blue team. The flamethrower is pretty neat though.
Vodt.
It really bothers me that the edges on that one flat, circular section are all highlighted....
