It's too easy to kill him as a spy. Just get behind him and spam attack until you kill him.
Odd Scout. Moves slow but instagibs anything within 10 feet of it.
I think spy's melee should do same damage as anyone else would do, remove those backstabs. Another thing that 3 engies with level 3 sentries means automatic win for RED team. (atleast in battlebad and some other uk servers) Though it is Hales fault not to target engineers first then others, sometimes all engies just camp in spawn, go to point put lvl 3 sentries there and cap point. And a another frustration point achieved.
Maybe if engies would get either only lvl1-2 and mini sentry then it would be balanced?

I find that on all the times I played (May be outdated sever) that pyros and snipers with jarate just team up and push him onto a wall and constantly airblast and throw jarate and ignite till he's dead. But its good fun seeing how many Fish hits you can get :downs: I has 7

Happened to me the first time I was playing Hale: all players got me into a corner and started to spam rockets, jarate, airblasts, bullets, fire, pancakes and sentry fire. I died in like 15 seconds, a Saxton Faile indeed.
Fun Fact: Right when I was about to respawn after that, I got my first hat drop ever, a Brigade Helm. It was like "Awww, you failed as Hale! Don't cry, here, have a cookie! <3". Some players of the servers went like "Congratulations!"

Guys, Odd Scout is possible. Simply make a heavy wear the scout model in a mod like the Equipment Manager.
We used to do that on the Unsrs Server alllll the tiiiime.

There's not much reason to like it.
Vagineer plays exactly like Saxton Hale anyway. And his face isn't noticeable from a distance and while he's moving. It's the Saxton Hale mode, where all of the mercenaries, who without Saxton Hale, wouldn't exist, work together to take him down.
Not work together to take down some horrible internet fad.

Saxton Hale does have his rage ability which scares players and disables sentries.
The control point on my server which is TBNGC I've locked the control point for about 20,000 seconds and set a round timer to 6 minutes. So it feels more like a boss fight, but to the DEATH! Without capping a control point...

I've never seen it used. When I was playing, every time someone went and tried to get the taunt to scare them, they got launched into the air before the taunt finished, which cancels the taunt and makes you start over again if you want the effect. Most people just said to fuck with it and bullrushed.

That was an older verison of the mod. Its now been fixed. You can rage while in the air.

And those Ellis sounds are part of a custom soundpack or there are on the server, like that Quake "RAGEQUIT!"?
