Fezes aren't comedic.
Throughout their history, they've been a political fashion statement, a piece of military headwear and I think also a 40s-60s spy fiction trope.
Fezes are dignified and intimidating.
You have no class.

working on the backpack again. Kinda made some compromises here and there.

May need a metal brace of some sort in the middle of that black hose on top.
Let me know what you guys think.

aqua jiggleboned?
if so, can give the link to tutorial

texture is a wip.
Even though it's probably too detailed for TF2, I am loving that stache texture. TF2 needs more facial hair items.

no the liquid isn't jiggleboned. I'm not even sure if im keeping that part as a liquid anyway.
Also, now looking at the model, it kinda looks like it "sucks" a player's life rather than give it like a medigun.
Fun stat idea:
Shoots insta-heal uber shots
+100 healing instantly
-can't overheal
-must suck 100 HP before shooting

Very WIP minigun.
It's the drum thing.

You're going to do without a belt of ammunition?
Or have not yet done
Has anyone noticed a drop of quality on p3d? Pretty much all my anti-alising is gone and the actual website runs and an extremely slow framerate.
[QUOTE=Danger21;36606687]You're going to do without a belt of ammunition?

Very WIP as I said.
Nothing is finalised and most of it is missing.
Small update

I like the model, but it looks like the backpack clips through the belt too much, maybe add something to make it look like it's attached to it?
The previous Emporium had a fixed version of the Phlog particles which actually followed the hitboxes for the flamethrower particles - but the link is dead. Does anyone have this mod?

There are straps on the canister, but how it's currently oriented doesn't look like those straps are attached to anything that's on the Medic.
The Medigun and Quick-Fix backpack get away with that by giving the illusion that they are strapped to the Medic's suspenders. This fannypack, however, is not attached onto the Medic is a place that being held to his suspenders would actually be able to hold it up.
Perhaps have the straps perpendicular to the Medic's belt so they give the illusion of being strapped to it. Right now with them being parallel, I can't tell what exactly is holding that thing up aside from the Medic's glutes.

First thing that came to mind when I saw it was "ammo-related Medigun"
Ubercharge fully-loads the patient's current weapon and grants infinite ammunition.
>This also means the Engineer gets unlimited Metal because of the Short Circuit and Widowmaker using Metal as ammo
>I have no idea how this will work with the Beggar's Bazooka or weapons that do not actually reload in the conventional sense (Flare Gun, Medigun, Melee weapons, Chargin' Targe, Jarate, Sandvich, Buff Banner, Razorback, etc). I'd assume no effect. Weapons that reload a single shot will instead fire at the maximum rate of fire (Crusader's Crossbow has a lower rate of fire than it takes to reload, arrows everywhere).
+35% charge rate
-2 seconds Ubercharge duration
Imagine the carnage of this being paired with a Kritzkrieg and a competent Demoman :v:

An engineer wouldn't need this charge for his Widowmaker. a Kritzkrieg is equally effective as long as he is even a mediocre shot.
Demoman on the other hand can go to hell. :v:
honk indeed, good sir.
A few weeks ago I asked otterwolfy to help me test a small program I coded. I got his feedback, made some changes, added a couple things, and since he found it useful I'm releasing it as a beta now.
Basically the program lets you edit (dropdown list, color picker) some common color/phong values in a VMT ($color2, $phongexponent...).
It isn't as good as if it was integrated directly in HLMV. However, after some emails with [insert mysterious name here], I got a solution to make it more useful. Basically, the program will *try* (meaning I've only tested in Windows 7 x64) to reload the changes in HLMV if it's open.
I included a readme file in the .rar file for details, but in case you don't read it:
Save a copy of your VMT before editing it with this program! (just in case)

I'll add support for loading both RED/BLU vmts when I have some free time.
*Donations accepted in the form of Ballonicorns XD (j/k).
And last but not least, since the guys that usually help me texture items are either too busy or they're not answering my steam chats (?) XD...
Anyone willing to help me texture a couple items? I don't have screenshots right now but I'll post them later.
EDIT: first pageking :v:

Well if he's a poor shot, then it would help him considerably. Also Short Circuit spamming :v:
Plus it's not like Metal has any other applications for Engineers or something.
I jsut wish we had our own modified version of model viewer to load more weapons
