Very neat, Demoman definitely could use some actual Demolition related misc items. Hell, many classes could use some more misc items related to their profession.

The Medic's left arm looks awkward and uncomfortable with the needleguns.
In the ready-to-punch pose, Heavy having his right arm higher than his left switches an OCD trigger in me. I see how it would make sense, but it irks me horribly that they're not even.
Otherwise, really good job! I love how the minigun idle animation shows more of the gun but hides it away well when youre shooting.

I remember coming up with a whole update (9 class packs) based on that sort of idea, like what they did BEFORE they became mercenaries working for RED and BLU.
I can't remember most of them, but I do remember the Pyro one where he gets a Japanese Monster Mask, some sort of Pyrotechnic Flamethrower, and a Boom Mic Melee.
I wrote it down somewhere, should probably go find it...

You see, it funny because Piper & Piper is a company started with The Swamp Theme an has never been used in a Valve map, as far as I know.

Looks nice, but it doesn't feel "camery" enough in my opinion.
It looks too bland, I would suggest adding holes to the film reel, so it looks more like this:

I'd make the bands less flashy, especially in the back (dragging major attention to someone running away seems like it'd be bad for gameplay) and have them fade to a slightly duller/darker color lower down to go along with the fade of the vest.

Where can we start...
The heavy ones look alright, they really show how fucked up the Family Buissness is though.
The way his fists are is just...Wierd. It looks like the left one is farther out than the right one, it just sets off some sort of sense in my mind that says "this is wierd".
The medic ones....Well, he holds the syringe guns like his arm is broke. You never really did show the medi-gun animations too much, although they seem alright, they do push the medi-gun into the bottom corner as opposed to Valves animations that make it farther out. I don't like this.
The melee swings are a bit wierd for me, I play medic a good bit and I really do think these would bug me more than make be go "Oh that's cool".
On the pan and Solemn Vow there is cliping, majorly on the Vow.
Over all, heavy is 8.5 to 9/10 and medic is around a 6/10.
Mainly the melee with medic is what lowers it. I wish you had taken more than eight seconds to show how the medi-gun looks. It could have raised my score here.
Also, what the hell is up with the medic letting go of the syringe gun with one hand and holding it at a 45 degree angle?
Also also, is Neo really banned or did he just change his profile picture to the BAN sign to screw with us?
