So guys, I use a lot of symmetrical textures to save space but I have an issue; it always screws up my AO's. Are there any good ways to avoid that or AO bake separate from 3ds max? Also, is there a way to exclude bits from an AO bake expect for completely bakeing them seperate?

I've never had a try at texturing a face so maybe you'd let me have a try at texturing this? plz?

That seam is most likely due to the mipmap sharpen filter and the fct that the contrast outside the uv'd space of the face and the face texture is too strong. You can fix it by letting the face texture "bleed" outside of the uv'd space more

You can still [U]shade smooth[/U] in Blender. It helps tell if your normals are fucked or not, as well as looking better in general
