Looks neat, but the sight is very flimsy. Making it thicker overall would fix that. Also, it would probably be a good idea to condense it and make it smaller.

I don't think making it smaller is a good idea, making it slightly thicker however might be.
Smaller, as in making the diameter about 85%-90% of what it is now.
So not much smaller.
Alright I made it smaller, made a block at the back (apparently sights don't work without them) and made it a bit thicker:

As for theharribokid's suggestion of making it flip up on draw like the rocket launcher sight, while that would be awesome, it's more or less impossible, Valve have never accepted any custom c_ animations and jigglebones don't work that way.

I'd love to see what stats that flare gun would get.
I wonder how fucked up the TF2 workshop would become if there were an extra tag to come up with weapon stats, it would be useful so that you could pair it together with your workshop submission or just create some different weapon play styles. If only people with a normal IQ could only use the workshop.

I'd have to reanimate it from scratch and it would break everytime Valve updated the Pyro arm animations, doesn't seem like a good use of my time to be honest.
