remoldel/re texure. envelopes are gonna be a style. model is now more optimized, generally better

And the bottom cylinder has no reduction at all.

Then make the face mask look bigger. Make it look like it's covering more of his face, so that it doesn't look like the skintight mask is protruding out to the mask. If you want it to look like scuba gear, make it look like he's wearing a wetsuit, and the other things are placed on top of this wetsuit.

If you can, make the breathing thingie from his mouth connected to the tank on Pyro's back.
Been trying to use SDK, but whenever I try to open the model viewer, I get this message:
"MountFilesystem( 442 ) failed: SteamMountFilesystem(3040,442,0xf61fd28=,0xf61fc18) failed with error 116: Cache needs repair"
Also get the message trying to compile a model. I've tried veryifying the cache and all that, but to no success.
I can't download most of the items. When I click the Image, it just pops up...

I'm not too fond of that makes in general, sorry.
Not only does its relation to Medic not make much sense to me in any other than the horribly unfortunate way, and secondly I don't really like how the mask itself looks. I think it would look better if it looked less leather/cloth like and more like it's made of something more solid. It's hard to explain exactly, but the mask just looks way too weird to me.

Just some rubber mask that he uses for diving.

I'm not saying you should make it look modern, only that if you're going to make a scuba mask then it would probably be best to use real examples for inspiration.
Unique mask designs not based off anything is not a good inspiration when you're making something that do exist in real life, it's better to make something people can recognize.

Idea for a sniper hat; it's modelled around his default hat. It's covered in that ghillie suit stuff, with some plant matter draped around the hat and sniper's shoulders. Subtle and fitting, like the Trophy belt.

I'm fairly certain that someone did that. And they took it a step further by making different appearances for the hat based on the different map themes. It would be very cool to see implemented officially -- automated style toggling based on the map props used.

I know someone made a very well received camouflage hat with different styles for different locations (desert based, alpine based, snow based and another) but that didn't build onto sniper's existing hat.

I'd go with neutral colors, but if there's wiring and such, make the wires team colored.

wonder if they could take the average color of the brush used the most on the map, and paint it that color automatically.
It might not work on all maps (thinking Nucleus or Turbine might look odd), but if they do it right, it would work out (and be possible, just not with the current attributes).

Does that still work? It's kinda hacky, uses invisible textures to remove them, really it'd be better if someone was able to remove them from the model.
I remember how mad people got at me for making that and the medic one actually got removed
