Oh man, I can't wait. I like the original look of the IC. Hopefully you'll adjust the phong on it as well.
Though it makes sense that the wooden parts are glossy due to being lacquered as is usually done with wooden weapon pieces, I think matte wood will look better as it feels more natural and fits the rugged look of the weapon.

As much as you've improved the IC, the new texture also highlights how bad the design really is. God I hate this damn thing.
This isn't a [i]cruder[/i] prototype of Sasha; it's the LOD3 of it. The excuse that it's lo-fi design is needed because it shares the Sasha's status is ludicrious, as there are plenty of in-game reskins (ORGINAL MUCH) that are also stat clones that don't happen to look like lo-res barf.
And speaking of Natascha; it's not just a black reskin, but it also has a distinctive sound AND the bright gold ammo belt, which makes it distinct. The IC's problem is it's design, or rather lack thereof.

It's not the polycount that's the issue (I'm pretty sure the total tri-count isn't more than +/-10% of Sasha's, as the barrels are still quite round, and the octagonal sections are still beveled.), it's that it's lazy design with a mirror finish.
Heck, if the ammo drum is supposed to be a boiler, why didn't they [I]make it resemble one?[/I]. Hell, just adding more plumbing tubes onto the existing model (plus a pilot light access door on the side) would be just enough to make it distinct, or at least interesting to look at.

This is a Russian home water heater from a tourist home in Siberia. I'm not sure of it's age, but it's obviously not top of the line, and it illustrates the kind of look that an IC's boiler should have.
