Look at the Sniper, now back to that thing. Your Sniper looks a bit realistic (I suppose?), now, if you look at the original Sniper you can already tell it's from Team Fortress 2, if you look at yours you can't tell which game it's from, am I right?
The only "female" model that goes with the TF2 artstyle (imo) is the FemScout.

That's a generic baby doll face. Try drawing her face without glasses to identify her traits, and exaggerate proportions to make her fit the other characters.
Also I'd see her more with a either a ponytail or with curly/wavy hair.

People have made female Scout, Medic, Engy (and more) models despite them being males.
Pyro's gender is a mystery, why aren't people allowed to make female Pyros?

Speaking of the objectification of women, here's a misc idea I've had for a long time but not drawn until now.

Three disclaimers:
1) This may be too small and detailed to work as a misc. Still, It'd be larger than the Photo badge, Clan Pride and Snapped Pupil, and the picture mostly consists of a few big single-color fields that would be readable even from far away, so it might be ok.
2) I realized too late that the upper row seemed like it might say 'Buy Less'. The Les is intended to be the first part of [URL="http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lestoil-zeerust_5334.jpeg"]Lestoil[/URL], because it was the first product that popped into my mind. If someone feels like making this item, some choosing different letters may be a good idea.
3) The Eldritch death-stare isn't a result of any hidden misogyny of mine or anything, I just suck at drawing semi-realistic faces.

Change his voice at least. Even if his suit could plausibly be concealing enough that it could hide that it was a female wearing it, his male voice actor and very noticeable male voice in the game (because if you can't tell the voice of a woman apart from a man simply because they're holding their hand in front of their mouth when they're speaking you're a fucking retard) is dead on proof that he's a guy.
I'm not going to lie, Final Combat looks much nicer than TF2, for one reason mainly imo:
Miscellaneous items that actually get a first person model (Sleeves, gloves, etc.) If only VALVe wasn't lazy.
Not to mention female characters that are NOT scary as fuck.
