The waist on that female sniper model are actually pretty stylized. It remind me of dexter's mom.
I've got an idea for a new Pyro melee weapon that I'd never be able to pull off, so I figured I might as well tell you guys. And I apologize if this is the wrong place for this. I'm thinking of a melee weapon that's essentially a giant match that works like the fire axe until it gets one kill, then it lights on fire (from the friction or some shit) and works similarly to the sharpened volcano fragment in that it sets enemies on fire, but the match eventually burns out and has to recharge. It will also be disabled upon enemy airblast or landing in water.
Paint biz-itches.
Would it be possible to get a 2nd style, where the paint is a small light in the centre of it, similar to the illumination/material/code of those potion promos from Quantum Conundrum? or too difficult/much to ask. EDIT: didn't see prev' page.
changed the vest again
changed the vest again
You are editing the existing model right? There is a visible clipping between Vest and belt.
there is actually no clipping its just the shadow that is weird on 3ds
I just noticed the cameltoe. What the shit.
I'd recommend completely redoing the head because its at the bottom of uncanny valley right now.

Right... since I was bored, I wrote this. If the cast in TF2 was female, this is how I'd imagine the classes and their stereotypes. Sniper: Older, rugged and tanned, yet attractive woman. The kind that's got plenty of experience ;P Scout: Ayes Def(sp?) nailed it. Young, cocky and teasing girl (teasing like an older sister, not as a slut) Pyro: Pear shaped awkward loner girl. Medic: Emotionally cold and stern female Doctor, attractive despite some masculine features. Spy: Flatchested and fashionable feminist French spy. A stereotype of strong independent women, bra-burning french feminists, and fashionable female double-agents not afraid to use their charm as a weapon. Heavy: Large opera-singer like Russian woman, straightforward and dominant but expresses a near motherly love for her teammates. Soldier: Picture someone killing a cat, then picture the owner of that cat being a crazy catlady declaring war on the whole country of the person who killed her cat. Demo: A woman so atypically boastful and unrefined her ways could make a biker gang blush, uses brute force to get the job done and has no regard for what other people thinks of her habits. Basically, if Demoman had a twin sister. Engineer: An old farmer woman who has aged very well, but could still notably be someones grandmother. Friendly, caring and an active worker, but she's been on the job for long and has picked up quite a few tricks. Points and opinions? I just thought discussing it could be a good inspiration for anyone who's thinking about modeling female versions of the classes :v:

TF2 does mix a lot of stereotypes.
Pyro: The same as before but with a slightly higher-pitched voice. fix't

I disagree on your description of a Female Spy. If Spy is meant to be an extension of the parody of Spytech that TF2 hinges on, then I think ChemicalAlia's Spy nails it: you'dd either have to go with a lethally competent femme fatale or Emma Peel. :v: Also, I kinda hope we can get someone BESIDES dustyoldroses to do voices. It's becoming incresingly obvious that every female class is the same woman.
Pyro: The same as before but with a slightly higher-pitched voice. fix't
Perhaps, but I still believe that it would be a good idea to make Pyro look slightly more female as well if the whole cast was female. Simply because of TF2's way of exaggerating character features and enforcing stereotypes, and less wide shoulders and a bit wider hips on Pyro would be a great way to enforce the Hartman hips character stereotype.
I love this one a lot. Except she would need a bit of muscle to carry the Rocket Launcher around. Definitely nailed this one out.

possibly ask dustyoldroses (femscout and femengie voice actress) to do some voices. i would like to see that. that would be cool.
Femscout, femengy, femmedic and femspy. Although she can usually do the accents well, there's little emotion in the voices of the Spy and Medic if I'm brutally honest, and the Scout seems a bit.. forced. There needs more variety anyway, she can't voice the entire team.
She did not voice the medic, and the spy had an appropriate level of emotion for a trained assassin imo. As long as there are no other capable female voice actors who enjoy TF2 enough to do free work, I'm fine with her doing the entire team
i made a player model , but thing is , i dont know how to rig anything at all.... i really need your help people :< [editline]20th July 2012[/editline]
I just noticed the cameltoe. HAT :D
Loosen the jacket at her sides already, it looks silly.
Loosen the jacket at her sides already, it looks silly.
like that ?
like that ?
More. It needs to hang straight.
More. It needs to hang straight.
Looks pretty straight on the sides to me. On the front it still inexplicably goes from the tip of her boobs to glued to her chest.
if it doesn't he'd need to model the inside of the vest which is a lot of useless polies. The artstyle is flexible enough to allow loose clothing actually being tight in certain areas imo.
