Too much of a generic pretty girl. She needs more flaws. The TF2 characters have plenty of flaws and exaggerated features, but this is what gives them character. One of the absolute biggest problems with most people who make female versions of male characters is that they make them younger, more slender, well trained and without any wrinkles or other negative features, when doing so ignores the most notable character traits that made their male counterparts unique.
So no, I don't think that looks like Sniper. It looks like Laura Croft with less boobage, wearing a hat.

Not overly-sexualized, and what I think is neat is that she's probably not Australian (Nepalese, if I had to guess), which is cool since she can have her own persona, plus kukris are a nepalese weapon. As for the other classes, I've found a bunch of neat genderswaps including Punk Rocker demolady, which is awesome. Lemme go find them.
