It is not so much clipping is the problem as it is that in real life the collar would go underneath the strap.

Solutions.
1. Create a strap that goes over the collar.
2. Shorten the collar.
I think that should do it. Though I think it's odd that valve made that strap smooth into his body, other than to possible conserve a few polies.

And not just the mask, hood too.
I'd like some kind of a mask for Spy. Maybe a hood with it too. It just needs to be designed in a way that prevents it from being mistaken as a disguise mask. I guess a whole-face mask would achieve that effect nicely.
