I could use a little help, I am trying to make a revolver design to go with the rest of the set Constructor is working on with me, and the best i can come up with is this: Its been suggested to me that i give it a more unique shape, might somebody be willing to give me an idea as to what to do with it?
oh jizz, I love this
I would like to crown Constructor as the best modeler and organised person EVER. Giving the wrong files 5 times in a row is an achievement which shouldn't go unnoticed.

Working on a model with a fabulous dutch texturer: He did a nice job on grading the color from light tones at the top to drak tones at the bottom.

God I love this website. Amazing things happen here

This must hurt to hold.
Thanks! Again not 100% (mostly working on the collar) but here is it ingame.
Does anyone remember the Civil Pyrotection? It seems that they would work well with each other.
It's come to my attention that these 2 promos:

don't have download links and just link twice to their workshop submissions which have no download links on them either, should they be on the frontpage if they don't have links for mod use? vote / please [editline]26th July 2012[/editline] ok then, done
I know I'm late as fuck but about that Krieg Uniform for Pyro I kinda found this

It originally had shoulder pads but we decided to take them off and go for an open coat front.
It's Ty Cobb's hat, or a TF2-ised approximation. Wasn't too sure about the stripes, would they be better as mesh or textured on?
normal maps
back to work on this thing,
Going to repeat what I had mentioned a while ago. Make the hose a normal colour. Even though its like all glowy and looks radical I can't help but stay with my opinion to make it neutral like the hoses on the other mediguns.
I like that it's different from the other hoses :(
The shape, size and backpack make it different already.
is there actually anything wrong with the hose being that color? I'm more concerned with the thing being on his belt rather than back.
back to work on this thing,
Call it the Mucous Membrane Or maybe it's snot such a good name. It was just phlegm the top of my head. Boogers.

Better.
Better.
I'd prefer it the way it was, but toned down a little bit so that attention is still being drawn to the medigun rather than the hose attached to it. [editline]26th July 2012[/editline] Like imagine that glowy stuff is being run through a translucent pipe in comparison to the clear glass container underneath

Maybe do something like the Kritzkreig, opaque tube with little vent-looking bits so you can see the glowy inside.
It feels odd to have the hose be so flashy as it's not really that important to pay attention to another thing i'm thinking now is that the medigun seems a bit front heavy, would he be able to hold it the way he does atm? And the distribution of detail on the belt pack is a bit uneven, the pipe for the hose is pretty blank while there's a lot of detail on the rest of it. the little tank, the ring with the lamp thing on it. Maybe give the pipe more of a piping look, add some of those screw attachemt things and a gauge? texure wise i'd go with some darker colors on the medigun and some more team coloring, like the usual medic weapons, it just contrasts nicely with the medic himself. the shield would probably look neat in a dark red/blue I'd probably make the liquid the same colors as the uber liquid, would make more sense and match the other medic items (while it's nice with being innovative and use new colors, there's no shame in using something that you know works and it's already different enough not to blend in with the other items despite using the same-ish color scheme) oh and maybe match the straps on the pack to his belt? the wear on the medigun shield seems a little itty bitty, i'd go with bigger and bolder scratches and the wear on the light part of the pack is too even
Is that lava?
Is that lava?
UBER lava.
