As far as I know, no, but Valve has accepted v_ models in the past, and really it wouldn't be that hard to make two versions. It's worth a shot, and if nothing more it'd make a cool mod.

In the example download above I actually messed it up and made backstab_up and backstab_down set to stab_a :v:
Also, if this were a c_ model, replacing the backstab with stab_a might not be possible, but the weapon still wouldn't spin when drawn. So it's arguably still acceptable as a c_ model.
