I'll try to do it, but I think Valve has implemented it in a different way than the v/w models, I'll have to check out the files.

Fact: The tattoo is the only item that 3 contributors worked on. Bang! helped get the bone weights on the engineer and sniper.

It does look like TF2 fitting blood, but the way it's placed looks too weird.
Made a military engineer cosmetics concept: [IMG]http://puu.sh/OgCf[/IMG] The goggles are hidden by the hat simply because I cannot draw engies goggles for some reason, and his face doesn't look much like engies either, so the hat wouldn't actually hide the goggles it's just my poor drawing skills that make it seem like it does. The bullet belts are meant to be similar to the ones on the sentry. I wouldn't be able to rig the misc at all if I made it, so I thought i'd post the concept here.
