The goggles are hidden by the hat simply because I cannot draw engies goggles for some reason, and his face doesn't look much like engies either, so the hat wouldn't actually hide the goggles it's just my poor drawing skills that make it seem like it does. You should move the canister to the edge of the trigger, the big blocky part.

that's intended, they gave dispenser and teleport real "upgrade" times like the sentrygun.
the teleporter has no animation to show it so they made it flicker
