I mean so they look more spherical, but so that lenses such as the Deus Specs and Googly Gazers could still be placed in front of them. I think that kind of design would look better when lacking pupils. I sadly still do not like the pupils, aside from being completely fixed at all times, they also lack convincing detail and makes him look very silly looking, something I think you should leave for the googly eyes to achieve when combined with it. I still thing he should do something about the tendrils though, I think they look far too odd.

so why do you not want them to have the eye shaders? it's perfectly easy to do and looks much better
