That looks like it'd be very confusing.
The texture is basically an AO bake on top of solid colours. There's a few highlights there, a very early WIP texture.

I'm really liking it. It's somewhat similar to the stock rifle, but with a much cooler, sleeker design. The end of the barrel feels a bit disappointing somehow, though. It just stops. Have you put a laser sight on the rifle yet? A laser sight near the end could give it a more phallic, satisfying silhouette.

The hat band is paintable, I just left it on gold cause it contrasts.
It would be another color before I release it.

Radium Rods, though they don't glow bright green as then the radiation would be strong enough to kill him then, so he has dim weaker ones.

Of course the Pyro's immune to radiation. Radiation only affects living beings, not robots.

I think the reason it looks silly is because it seems as if the broken stock was an afterthought. The way it is now, the stock would look something like this

Yes. Add more. Why don't you distrubute the polys better then? Remember what the player will see in the view model.....
Maybe it'd be smart to make the ones that are visible in view higher detail than the ones on the other side and then balance it out in the LODs

You don't need more polies to make them round, just move the ones you have around. They're oval now.
