Remember that Svdl´s replacement for cowmangler? I think some kind of glowing rings around a tube (the end of teh barrel could be the same) could be a good design too (those rings would be around a thiner barrel just where now the actual barrel are a bit thiner)(what a mess, i need more vocabulary :v:)
I made my own replacements for carbine sounds. Basically battlefield 3 sounds since I liked them and they fit since they are the sounds of a silenced smg. Can't release on copyright grounds. :( Oh well. Same for the Heatmaker.

Not to worry! it has all that, it's only not visible on that gif. We're finishing up.
It started out as only the rocket launcher replacement and that's the way I like it the best but I was convinced to get into making a full 3 sentries version. There will be 2 submissions, one for rocketlauncher only and other for the full thing.

why not use the same model of the head the medic keeps alive on meet the medic? thats what i had in mind originally, with the whole thing being held by a chain from the base that supports the spy.
PS: you can even add "styles" to the head with different face expressions(smug, angry, and rolling eyes)
that would make an even better misc.

I was planning to do that after seeing how this comes out. I still don't know how to attach it to the medic so it stays when he taunts and stuff
And do I have to remake the spy plate or did valve release one?

well yeah that massive circle plate to me is like that energy field in nucleus. only smaller. so like the hose goes down that "thing" and surrounded by swirling energy
If you can't fix the hose, then yeah, ditch the waist pack

I would love to connect that hose on to that circle but i cant seem to rig 2 bone groups in blender. The weapon is using the quickfix bone while the backpack uses the model bones

And I don't really get that big circle thing in the back where the Medigun wire is connected. It looks like it's floating in the middle of it instead of being connected to it.

Yeah if i go with that my plan B is to replace the hose with a small generator thing so it can work without a backpack at all.
but the waist pack is awesome

I tried that but somehow it screws up everything. I used only the 3 hose bones and when i try to rig it to the back pouch it goes everywhere else.

that's an different sort of Medigun idea, a canister instead of a backpack.
Not sure if Valve would add no backpack to Medic though, I feel like there'd have to be a connection to the back somehow, of there'd just be a floating stock backpack unless you used the scrap pack. Even if the connection is via hose, maybe via metal pieces of wires or something
