After playing a little bit I'm not that impressed by the update. The most fun item so far (That I have) is the Scorcher because it's awesome blasting somebody off a control point or off the rocket from far away. I was always good with flare gun accuracy so that helps.
But yeah, I wish they put more emphasis on the theme they had going with the other classes that got weapons.
The thing I'm looking forward to is getting my Robot Chicken hat tomorrow.
So I can't add any money to my steam wallet because everywhere I apply to won't hire college students for the summer (since I'm going back to school afterwards), and now that we're halfway through the summer no one will hire a college student for half a summer.
And I have no leftover money because financial aid wasn't enough.
SO, I have 2 scorched crates, and 9 regular crates.
Could somebody [i]please[/i] help me out? All I have is Portal 1 and Nuclear Dawn to trade, and I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me and trade an equivalent or almost equivalent amount of keys worth one/both of those games in a trade. Maybe not even all the regular crates, just the 2 scorched and some of the regular. I'd trade you back any doubles or things I don't want?

At first, I thought the whole Pyrovision/Pyro being the comical kind of insane thing was entirely predictable and in my opinion, pretty stupid.
Then I told myself that I was overreacting and I'd probably grow to like it as I played.
Then it turned out the more I played, the more I hated it.

No one hires for the summer? I'm balancing 2 jobs right now, one my main job working with autistic children and the second as a camp counselor. How many places did you apply to? If you need the money, I'm sure restaurants/fast food places are usually hiring.
I can't help you out selling the items, I'm too lazy to sell items, but I can spare a key. I'll add you in a second.

I thought that was intended. Since Pyro already has his own goggles built in, he doesn't need the extra goggles and wears it like that.
But looking at it close like that with the clipping makes me think I'm wrong.

A pile of ash is a combination of four charred, incinerated, roasted, etc. items. People are calling everything burnt a pile of ash. Technicalities.

Well there appears to be 2 map glitches with the new map:
1) You can go underneath the map and shoot from below + setup engi's buildings + camp with australium
2) You can build a tele exit in the room behind the spawn if you put your cursor between the 2 doors (works with both spawns, but BLU'S spawn has an easter egg if you do it)
Also, is the balloon thing random drop?

I believe so. You can get it out of ashes too. But where in the world did you probe around to find that out? I'm curious as to how this is done.
