The wiki says no, on that. They might be craftable when the offer ends for the code.

I have no idea, what the f#@k happend but I recieved a Clean/Non-Achivement, Non-Vintage pair of Pyrovision Goggles and as far as I'm aware, they should not exist in that quality. I don't know what I'm trying to say: Was this a bug and I should feel lucky for such a rare collectors item ([url=http://stats.teamfortress.org/item/744/Pyrovision_Goggles]only 27 people possess it so far[/url]) or is there something I don't know yet ?
Does someone else have these dropped ?

That's a limitation with moving brushes, I think it would probably be damn hard to make stickies be able to move with them

I know that Bills Hat had this bug where it got dropped as Vintage but I've absolute no clue if this is the same case or if this will happen alot more often and the collectors value shrinks dramaticly (if there even is one).

I had a Strange Equalizer with a Nametag on it before the update. When I got my Escape Plan, it had the Nametag duplicated onto it, and orange text like a Strange weapon, but no kill counter. Anyone else encounter this?
