I'm unsure on this, I mean it's ok. But I think heavy needs more stuff :p It just doesn't seem enough to make me change from my other miscs. Might just be me though.
I got the hat. Strangely enough, the day before I was worried about not having received the email so I checked my email, and I had to press the confirm account thing from adult swim (even though I was pretty sure I had already done that), so I got it yesterday (or maybe it was today, timezones confuse me).
Have you checked your emails so that the same bug didn't happen to you and you aren't really confirmed yet or something? It won't make it so you get the hat today since it had to be done before midnight 27, but at least it's a good safety precaution so that you can still get it before the last time it becomes available.

Same here. I for one really like Robot Chicken and don't give a crap about craftability because I'd still keep it.

I think more classes need more serious misc items, things that you could imagine the original mercs wearing for utility or comfort. I just want more things that makes my characters feel professional and badass when I equip them, too many of the misc items we have available are just downright silly.

I think the split equalizers need a bit of a revision; the Escape Plan remains a formidable weapon: It is the old Equalizer, only viable at full health instead of being ridiculously damaging at low health. Meanwhile, the Equalizer per se is kinda meh next to the new thing or the DA.
I'd consider giving the EP a consistent damage penalty of 50% (it does the same damage as the Full Health Equalizer whatever your health is), and maybe a slight speed boost when draw to the Equalizer (so it puts you at 90% instead of 80%; slighty faster but still slower than the demo, so it is more usable as an offensive weapon)...
Doomsday is the best map for spies ever. You can just go in circles in the tunnels around the rocket, and find enemies facing away from you. It's orgasmic.

Yeah. One of the reasons I like the Business Casual a lot is because it feels like a subtle yet noticeable change in Spy's original suit. Something that isn't extreme, but still matches tons of new looks and makes Spy look more badass.

Definitely. Most miscs/hats are just 'fun' items, they just seem to be a way for valve to make money :/. I don't know what I want for heavy though, just something maybe more obvious. Something which is mechanical or 'un heavy'. Looking at some Heavy items, I'd only use a small amount of them.
The 24/7 Doomsday server I play on, had an actual Pyromania on BLU team and the RED team was like "lulz pyro sapm" then we won the round, 30 minutes later.
