It's a part of Engineer building. Possible a sentry part. IN the background you can see falling Pyro.

I think it's a rocket launcher actually. At the end of the video, a rocket launcher is on the ground next to the Soldier, not a shotgun.
so when the update goes live will the craft recipes be in already or will they show up later?
