this thread is like prime time television never change
Who shot Suttles?
Friend of mine got banned for using scripts to auto-bump He got mad because he'd been using them for weeks but only got banned after putting in the description that he'd been using them, so he got "banned for being honest" :v:

I didn't know the site had them but then I remembered a conversation I had with Sneeza. (went something like this) "Friend wants to know if auto bumping with scripts is allowed, is it?" "No." "Okay but what's stopping him from doing it?" "Just tell him it auto-detects and it permabans for it" :v:
Who shot Suttles?
That tyrone/milk faggot. [editline]2nd August 2012[/editline]
Ah, the joys of moderating a community such as tf2's i cant think of any.
Honestly, every passing day I just lose faith in the tf2 community. I never realized how many greedy/scummy/dumbasses existed until I started moderating TF2 related stuff. I've dealt with people quickswitching weapons, crates, and even uncraftable eyelanders with uncraftable force a natures.
I cant see why people are hating on outpost, i find the site very easy to use and the mods there are great. Bluedemon always responds quickly anyway.
I cant see why people are hating on outpost, i find the site very easy to use and the mods there are great. Bluedemon always responds quickly anyway.
Bluedemon is the best mod we've had hands down.
is demo banned yet
Why would they ban Demo?
Why would they ban Demo?
There's no reason to ban her, but she did get demodded.
There's no reason to ban her, but she did get demodded.
More like... DeDemodemodded
The site is pretty good, nicely designed and fast etc (until the 503s strike) The userbase is awful, I'd have a much more interesting conversation with a piece of washed up horse shit on a sidewalk. Some of the mods are pretty good.
We can't fix the userbase.
We can't fix TF2 trading.
Fix'd.
Fix'd.
Steam userbase actually A bunch of them just trade dota items/steam games.
We can't fix the userbase.
ban everyone, problem solved
ban everyone, problem solved
We already did man.
We already did man.
Were fun times had?
Can we please get an "Offers" button for Dota 2?
Well i just cant understand all this hatred. Tf2Outpost is way easier to use than tf2p or warehouse. Bazaar is the worst
Well i just cant understand all this hatred. Tf2Outpost is way easier to use than tf2p or warehouse. Bazaar is the worst
Why's Bazaar the worst? And why are you bringing up TF2WH in that list, it's not a normal trading site, like the others. It doesn't fit in there.
Why's Bazaar the worst? And why are you bringing up TF2WH in that list, it's not a normal trading site, like the others. It doesn't fit in there.
Because in the end all these sites facilitate 1 thing, trading.
I just dont find Bazaar that convenient, and the people there are extremely rude
I just dont find Bazaar that convenient, and the people there are extremely rude
At least they take the time to read your descriptions instead of adding you and trying to trade you and show you their terrible offer.
Those bots at tf2warehouse are dicks! I asked one how was his day, and all he did was trade me. Fucking greedy cunt. :(

Yeah a backpack.tf integration would be nice for outpost. Anyone listening :P
Is anyone getting the issue of inventory being set to private even though both my inventory and profile are public? Can't make new trades
Yeah a backpack.tf integration would be nice for outpost. Anyone listening :P
Horrible idea. Bazaar never should have integrated it.
Why not? Defeats buy low sell high?
Why not? Defeats buy low sell high?
Well first I am not 100% sure how backpack.tf works but can't every chump vote? And doesn't it calculate the average price based on the average value of the votes? Anyways we already have tf2pc and the spreadsheet (which are both not always accurate). There are already enough people using both sites to justify their shitty offers. An integration will worsen this problem as it's more "in your face". People selling an item for a reasonable price will be called greedy because they sell over the estimated bp.tf value (this is already happening on the bazaar). Also prices change over time so it will always be behind the real market values. I just don't see any benefits in the integration of it.

I am not really the spokesperson of backpack.tf so I wont go into that further but it definitely helps guage prices when you are selling something way under the actual prices and helps not to get sharked. (Still remember that burning Tyrants for Nuts Pugilist and burning HWNN for 3.5)
