Didn't DeMo also ban some kid for accidently buying a scammed unusual and then selling it off?
You don't need to ban DeMo, you just need to have a talk with her. Tell her that you're both losing income because of users and potential donators (like misterdoo01) being put off by her behavior. She already has a custom title/icon, a reputation for being an admin and her name on all the site's pages. She doesn't need to do anything more like post nonconstructive trades or getting people to argue with her to get attention.
I myself was completely put off by her and donated to you instead of her even though you had an announcement that she was the better one to go to for donations (back then).

Nothing major, but it is a bit annoying when it happens. Maybe use one of the item quality colors that are not tradable at all, or one of the unused ones.

#70B04A - Used for Community and Self-Made items (items of this quality are untradable)
#CD9B1D - Formerly used for Strange quality
#8D834B - Unused Rarity2 color
#70550F - Unused Rarity3 color
