I got a hat without being in the game (No programs used)

That was back when they didn't have a submodel system for hats, and all classes that already had some kind of hat Just got addons to their previous hats. The classes that got this were the Soldier (Who got the Stash), the Scout (Technically not an addon but he's still wearing his headset and cap, so the Batter's Helmet), The Engineer (Who got the Mining light) and the Sniper, who got the Trophy belt. The reason nobody notices the trophy belt is because it blends in so well with his hat that it's hard to notice, though overall, it was a good idea to give to the sniper, just badly executed. The hat should have a different shape or something.
