I managed to obtain a Strange Minigun (no thanks to anyone here), and it is currently in the Face Melting rank.
EDIT: It's now a Rage Inducing minigun.

I've seen them go for some primaries actually, also, I think this thread may need a lock later on, the Strange weapons are becoming very popular because I think some people think they are "unusual weapons" or something and the value has diminished from like 10 ref, to somewhere around 1.33 ref
