Least played: Demoman, although I just got the Scotsman's Stovepipe, so that's about to change.

Most: Engi.
Least: Soldier.
Spectator.
Spy and Pyro are my two favorite classes.
It's probably because I like sneaking more than running into the fray Rambo-style.
I like playing heavy and having a medic in my back, it gives you and adrenaline rush when you get down half of enemy team :D

least played by me = medic 10.6H
And yes. Many people play as engi thats why i go W+ Mouse 1 sometimes and spy check...
My most played is spy 63 hours.

Before i reset my stats, 150 hours as Scout, 40 hours as Medic.
Most played: Engineer.
But, newbies choose very often Sniper, Pyro and Soldier.
Pros choose especially Demoman.

This is clearly because Engineer consists mainly of sitting on one's ass and camping, thus the times would be greater.
If I am not an engineer I find myself constantly changing between classes.
