It's a short one. Scout runs into the RED intel room on 2fort, sees RED Engi levitating above his dispencer in the lotus pose. He makes weird sounds and his helmet is spinning above his head.
Then the helmet lands on Engi's head and he gives the Scout a death stare.
Scout explodes.

Alright some actually helpful feedback.
First of all, the image quality. The aspect ratio is 4:3 and it honestly looks like shit, so record at 720p. You can't really get good quality with the replay editor, but still, better than yours.
To do that you should choose the higher quality codec (h264) and a good output codec in vegas (there are many tutorials on that) so rerendering doesn't become too much of a problem. If you want really good quality you'll have to step away from the replay editor and start recording demos. There is a lossless capturing option in the replay editor, but 1. it doesn't work properly (.wav file somehow won't be generated, this is a known bug but there's a workaround on the TF2 wiki) and 2. it can only export at 24 fps which looks annoyingly choppy, contrary to 30 fps (I know you can export at more than 30 fps using console commands but if you really want to invest that time you'd rather capture POV demos anyway. Plus I haven't seen one thirdperson shot or freecam angle in your "montage".
If you need more information on how to capture footage from pov demos, there are many tutorials out there and some very helpful tools like the lawena recording tool. An easy way to record demos is using the P-Rec program, google it if interested
What else? Music choice: Seemed pretty unfitting (and I think quite overused in Fragmovies, too; could be wrong though) to me. Good montages make the clip fit the music, not vice versa. Just think about the music you like personally, I'm sure you'll find somefing better next time.
Colour correction. You can't just slap some random CC on a clip to make it look good, if the quality's shit that won't make it better. Especially considering your CC was way too bright/ contrast was too high. Go for a more subtle CC, or mess around with the settings until you find some nice colours who don't look washed out.
Last thing, don't call it a montage since that's a term mostly used for COD MW2/ blops shit. Call it Frag Movie or clip collection instead
