only problem is there is no good pyro animation for it. two handed melee has massive clipping and one handed is clearly designed for short range weapons, plus those god damn fingers. I'm surprised there isn't more outcry over this with the objector.

I don't mean to seem like a dick but it feels you did not listen to what we said about the colors. It is extremely out of the tf2 art style and is sore on the eyes. It honestly looks like something from a Korean mmo.

As other people said, the texture is not TF2 styled. The normal map also needs to go.

Right? Its too shiny at all and doesnt feels TF2ish. Lets take a part at this texture thing.
Feathers are too shiny, should be a little more detailed. Maybe that'll help.
The helmet itself, is too shiny again and TOO detailed. Too much yellow included. Maybe make it a little more plain and simple?

When I decompile it I just get messed up animation files and so on.
Also I have this problem with the sticky launcher on lower LODs some faces's edges are split open, I know its because the compiler recalculates the bone weight on compiling based on the highest LOD, is there a command to force the compiler to pick the bone/vertex weights from the SMDs?

A tattoo-style misc that adds incoherent scribblings to his mask, gloves and parts of the suit.
A Hannibal Lecter-style restraint mask

I think he tried to hex the Regal Rags to the Splendid Screen (or Chargin' Targe), because I tried to do that too and got the same results. Also, about the Regal Rags, the clipping with the arm is [i]really[/i] noticable. It might just've been because it was replacing the Splendid Screen, but it looks really bad, so you should probably look into that.

The first screenshot was what I now know to be what happens when you make it replace the Splendid Screen, it now replaces the Aladdin's Private Reserve, but team colours are still broken.

i have been thinking this exact same thing for god knows how long, but a pickaxe for pyro likely wouldnt get in as a multiclass for engy and pyro because of the one soldier has. shame.

There's a pretty big problem though, I rigged it simply by taking the skeleton of the regular grenade launcher, but that means that a lot of parts don't line up with the bones. For instance:

This bone should be inside the hinge, but since I didn't worry about rigging when I modeled the whole thing, it's completely off. Which means that it screws up when playing the reloading animation. Even worse, I wanted the four barrels to rotate when firing, but of course they are also vertically off, which means that their rotation is also screwed. Plus I have only four barrels, as opposed to the 6 barrels the regular grenade launcher has.
How would I fix this? Do I need to tweak the proportions of my model so that everything fits the original bones?
