The shield seems like it should be tilted to an angle similar to the scope on the Direct Hit, if that hole is actually for looking through.

Not covering it up, but removing it as a function of the misc.

I don't mind if someone completely redoes the texture, or adds styles, or changes the model significantly. It's stuff like this:

I'm making a sort of old-timey razor for Spy. I think it looks a bit plain, though. Any advice?

The idea was to make it a reskin of the Black Rose (IE: The Spy's default knife), but without the other swively bit.

The whole workshop annoys me mostly because people don't have good judgement or are not aware of how submissions work. But I don't really mind because at the end is all up to Valve, so no problem.
It would be nice to have a special chat where contributors that already got items in the game could give their opinion, that could be enriching for everybody. We got forums like this one though and it's the opinion of the people here that really counts.
EDIT: I mean, if you look at the comments of SgtR007's and mine grenade launcher, there are like 2 pages filled with ascii penises.

That's basically what I did, but you seemed to have done the edges of the paint better. I didn't think it'd be fancy enough for the emporium, so I made promos for gamebanana. You could use those if you want.
Also, I got it working ingame using Shugo's team colored shield model, but the viewmodel seems to be broken. Not sure if it's because the model is out-dated or if it's because the model for the targe breaks if you try to team color it.

pretty sure it's the latter problem, Shugo was still active when the mod broke and said he couldn't fix it

Would not recommended it. This is idea has been done since the Royzo era.
Hi guys - got a quick noobiepants question: Looking at making a misc for the sniper that replaces the arrows in his quiver with something else. Wondered how you'd go about this? Bit confused as they only show up when you have the huntsman out too.
