One for EACH glass bottle, one for EACH potion, and one for all the corks. This is the only way that has worked even partially. At least the VMTs are only text files, and therefore significantly smaller than the VTFs, which I only have three of (red, blue, normal). When I get home I'll take a screencap of how it is set up.

- Make one bottle that has paintable liquid - Set up two vmts for BLU and RED defaults and paint, set team colors via paint - Not sure how this step works, but copy and paste two more bottles? Any other way and Valve is going to be hesitant to even look at it.

I have tried doing 1 vmt for all of the glass, 1 for all the liquid, and 1 for the corks. It does not work. It is worse than what I have now. Transparency is a bitch

It's a different style but maybe it'll work better, otherwise things don't get culled properly (as shown by your picture)
Hey guys I need a little help here [url]http://youtu.be/jOY5juKwshE[/url] So I ported my pyro's shotgun animations to soldier's shotgun animations sequence with several changes. In source sdk, as you can see, the animations are working perfectly fine. However, in game, doesn't look like what I expected. There is serious problem which fucked up the animations sequence. Ofc, it's the shotgun and I have no idea why it has effect to the melee animations sequence too. If anyone of you have idea how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it. I actually don't know if you can have paint and transparency on the same object [editline]28th March 2012[/editline] Looks like it though, since Lexar made the Aspect paintable. Just in black it makes it totally invisible, but for that item it won't matter. You'd have to ask him how he did it.
