If this is just a stand alone thing it's perfect, but if you wan't it to fit with the rest of the game's animations it needs a lot less bounce on the draw and return to idles.

Little update. Trying out some colours on the grenade chamber. I'd like to use the olive green because I use too much grey but it looks funky where as the grey seems more fitting. I'll let a vote decide. I did try the colour from the SR ammo box but it was too dark.

the green is too subtle and if your going to have a new colour scheme to make it look different from the default you need to go further with it otherwise it will just look mismatched imo.

how about putting some cream colors in some places so that it could be different from others?

Well speaking of crits the crit hit seems off. If it was a critical hit which inflicts MASSIVE damage. Why use the butt of the axe? Make it a different swing.
Maybe make it something like a swing from Fallout or make a whole new swing altogether!
Or even better. This is just a idea. Make him spin the axe and hit the person with the point on the back.
