Suggestion for a Razorback/Darwin's Danger Shield skin.
A portable pay phone, tied to sniper's back. Think of the payphone he used in Meet the Sniper. Now imagine that he ripped it off, tied some ropes to it and started carrying it around.
On enemy spy backstab: Phone rings, forcing the spy to answer it and have an awkward conversation with sniper's parents while sniper tries to murder him.

It'd be funnier if they didn't necessarily fit, like how the Heavy's coat is rather tight currently. I could imagine a Scout with a very loose Pyro suit.

Soldier Pocket Medic is parented to prp_coat_front_L and prp_coat_front_1_L I believe, don't quote me on that though. Decompile the item model and inspect the rigging in your 3D modeling program of choice.
