Got mail from Valve about two of the workshop items I've made. Unfortunately, the Civil Pyrotection (the combine gasmask, which Blaholtzen textured) and the Gaben Vow are flagged incompatible. Took them pretty long. Also, the headcrab hat has been flagged as well.

They made the hazmat incompatible. why why valve

Okay, I can perhaps understand the ones Harakiwi posted cos they're all Valve related (which probably means my L4D medkit'll get flagged eventually too), but the hazmat? And those other things? Bit odd. Maybe they just can't see them working on a technical level? It's a bit out of the blue, especially after some of these have been up for so long, but.

Maybe if we turned the hazmat head and the custom rockets into demoman melee weapons we could get them in-game! ...That was a terrible idea/joke. Please forgive me.

Killicons didn't get hit, that's a relief. I don't see why the Kritz pack would be incompatible, the bodygroup exists. I think they're making entries they have no intention of accepting (so hopefully not the kritz pack anyway)

Maybe this is a mistake? Surely the hazmat hat and Ronin's Coat, while maybe not being accepted, didn't do anything [i]wrong[/i] and neither are based on any IP. Maybe this was an attempt to clean up the top rated all time?

It's actually really weird to look at the incompatible item pages. The first page looks like it could be the 'top rated all time' page, and then suddenly by page 3 the quality is just GONE.
