I would add some plating on the arms, just enough to make his arms look heavier, and maybe add a style where theres a plate around the neck, like a bomb suit.

I actually like shape of this thing now! The beams gave the whole thing a pretty square and bulky look, so the box doesn't look out of place any more.

I don't like the mask attachments at all, I think the armor and backpack is enough, and maybe make a hat to go with it, so you have a 3 item cosmetic set

The only one imo that was really nice was the dues specs ones.
maybe make it as a misc, and mostly hat compatible.
Shoot for Pyro Head + Face equip regions, rather than Whole Head as a hat.
Now that you're moving away from the original concept, you can mold the head shape a bit more to fit hats better.

That's pretty impressive for that... Of course, on the other hand, it's entirely unfitting to the TF2 style. The screenshot isn't good enough for me to judge the polys.

Well I did admit my flaws.
Give me some time to learn how to model. I'll give this sword some more polys to smooth out the curves as well as make some acceptable lod models.
