If you're looking in the GCF, it doesn't have its own folder, it's on the root of the c_models folder. Is that sufficient?

Maybe'll redo it one day, but it took a lot of time. The next thing i'll probably upload though is all the player model .smd, so people will stop to use the sdk ones.

Outstanding, although two weapons taking up the secondary slot is going to rustle Valve's jimmies unless they decide to either combine them into 1 (with the shield as a passive) or relocate the sticky launcher to primary, but remove the remote detonation abilities. :v:
Make the shield a passive grenade launcher with no charge, make it unequippable with shields?

Grenade Launcher with Sticky Launcher animations and cosmetic shoes/kneepads that are included a la Quick-Fix backpack. Cramming 4 weapons into 3 slots can go a few different ways :v:
Add the shield as a single item not part of the set? Make it possible to have 2 items fulfill a set slot? (Works for Junkyard Justice also)

Maybe one that launches multiple stickies at once, but do less damage. Idk.
