Oh come on, why not the hair? It's the best part. Just don't submit it to the workshop, after the battle bob, they might actually let that hairdo in.
Seriously though, epaulettes would make a cool style for the FDU.

looks like there's just an issue with sequences. running the model in-game shows "ERROR: no sequence named "mm_idle"!" through the event horizon.
unless you can hack new animations by editing the .mdl file's code, then that's some magic i don't know how to use.

well i figured out a flamethrower fix for the phlog. but there's no way to fix the mannmelter without redoing each anim.

Skunks aren't in the badger family, the mustelids, anymore. They were been moved to their own group the mephistids, though i think the move was quite recent, so in the 1960's they would have been mustelids.
