I also remember when i was playing TTT, there was this guy that admitted to being 9. I heard his mother in the background, and noticed he was using speakers, loudly at that, because I could hear the game over his mic.

It doesn't matter since you can have plenty of skins on a single model. But I don't know about the badges, if it's a model with a lot of skins or a lot of models, I can't be sure here, I don't have TF2 right now.
