Not sure, something looks off, maybe fiddle with the FOV a bit for the Mining Light, the angle a bit for the Pickelhaube and the lighting a bit for the Batter's Helmet and the Pyro's Beanie.

Yeah, I think the angle for the Pyro's Beanie and Prussian Pickelhaube are off, but the other four look fine to me. The Soldier's Stash and Mining Light went through several iterations (it's difficult to position them correctly since the Solder/Engineer wear their helmets crooked) and I think I've nailed it for them. The reason the Mining Light possibly still looks crooked is because on TOP of wearing his helmet crooked, he strapped the Mining Light to the helmet crooked too. It's all fucking sideways and is going to look off no matter what I do. I decided to just position the helmet itself in line with the style and then stick the Mining Light on top of that. It actually looks okay when you see it in a backpack.

Yeah, that's about as good as I can get the Batter's Helmet shading. The lighting theme I've noticed Valve uses on their icons is to have at least one area somewhere have a white-ish shine, usually down longer parts of the model (like the barrel of a gun). The only way I could get a good-looking white shine on the Batter's Helmet is about where you see it there.
The other element is to have shadows cast on the lower parts/defining parts of the model, and the way you see it there is the best-looking way I could get the shadow and the white shine to work out.

There's no ear guard on the left side because his headset goes there.
Real batting helmets are like that, too. They only need an ear guard on one side to protect from the incoming baseball.

They look good, but here are my two problems:
The Pickelhaube looks like it's facing more of a different angle to me, looks too long. Could you move it a little more to the Bottom Left and see what it looks like then?
And I really hope there could be an option for the Soldier's Stash without the bands hanging down please :C

The Pickelhaube's angle is bad at the moment, yeah. I'll get to fixing it in the next iteration. As for its size, there really isn't much I can do about it; the huge spike on the top is already pushing the limits on what's allowed in the icon space. (I can't fill in that whole box; there are invisible borders.)
As for the Stash, sure I'll include a strapless version. :buddy:
