15 Mods is okay, I guess. But the tie is the one for the Pyro, refit for the Heavy, the medal Laurn made is just a very small edit (No offense intended, it's still humorous), the we have a repost of Shugo's amazing pack (I know it's updated, but still), the rererelease of the toupee, and the Shady Officer is a mish-mash of two hats.
Those are still all great mods, but personally, not exactly "new," to me.

It doesn't make any sense at all! The costume looks like the zipper broke half way up, and her breasts jiggle insanely.
And her mask. It only covers her mouth. That's it. And look at her elbows. Really bad clipping.

I like GIMP. I have a lot of stuff for it, and I've used it since primary school, or 5th Grade to be exact. I'd go to an "ARC" program every week and there was a class where we used it pretty much every time, and I've had gimp since.
I'm really familiar with it, and I'd like to have ability to open and save as VTF. It's annoying to open VTFEdit over and over and over.
