On a more serious note, so far I am not satisfied with the appearance of the heavy figure. First of all it has different proportions and a noticeably longer neck, second of all it has a completely different facial structure, fourth of all it uses a different shading style, fourth of all it uses different colors and materials, or emulations of materials if you will. It also generally looks alien and non tf2 like somehow.

It is almost as if they attempted to make it more gritty and take the cartoonsih aspect out of it, which is absolute murder for anything even remotely tf2 related.
