I wouldn't really know much about the Demoman considering i've only played a half hour as him, but isn't he the subject of a lot of "overpowered" accusations?
For one, with his weapons nerfed, the medic is useless. They're not very good anyway. And secondly, the demoman is underpowered.
The needlegun and bonesaw just needed a buff.
Why do needlegun and bonesaw need a buff? Why should the medic get a stronger melee weapon than everyone else?

Have you somehow forgotten about the Medigun?
The Blutsauger and the ubersaw are not that damn bad. The original weapons are just more suited to a battle medic (trust me, I dick around as battle medic a lot). The syringe gun crits a lot, especially if you have already gotten a kill or two. The ubersaw is not only slower, but it encourages a medic to run into battle where he is very weak, and so he might get an uber, but he dies right afterwards. It is only really awesome on 1 on 1 with people who are not expecting it, kinda like the spy's knife. The unseen nerf is where a medic (I find myself doing this too often) says to himself "Well I have 80%, just one whack and I can be good to go" so he runs in and dies. He lost his 80% because he had the ubersaw and was dumb. When I use the kritz I usually keep the bonesaw since the kritz charges fast as it is and the ubersaw is just not worth it.
These pictures are outdated and were just various tests by valve, they're not at all what the end result will be. Valve are now focusing on buffing the original weapons in minor ways and adjusting the downsides of the unlocks to fit that.
Pics or it didn't happen.
But seriously, prove it.

Let's take away all his weapons then!

This dudes in the beta http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=11189339&postcount=991 he's said alot about what's in it before it was commonly known, I'd trust him on beta info a lot more than anyone else around here.
I've never heard of him, but then again, I'm not that much on the Steam forums or the competetive scene.
Why do needlegun and bonesaw need a buff? Why should the medic get a stronger melee weapon than everyone else?
Well maybe not the bonesaw, but definitely the needlegun.
Let's take away all his weapons then!
They were nerfed, not taken away.
And there's still his default weapons which obviously were good enough for the medic before his update.

He's one of the best spy players around, if that means anything to you.
And one of the few comp players I know who can actually cope with how retarded most of the steam forums are.

Good to see your common sense is broken. Sarcasm written in words is always taken seriously by someone. :v:
Why my ubersaw! Why! Fix bonk and the razorback before messing with my medic!
I'm hoping that for the Gloves of Running Urgently they don't actually make it a special glove in the end, but make it like this thing.

Non-ignitable suit please. I'll take it over the revolver any day, I hardly use it.
I want the suit, but not if it takes away my revolver :frown:

just what i was thinking
The fire retardant suit wouldn't be so bad so long as the spy still ignites. Then you would still know he's a spy but wouldn't be able to kill him quite as quickly.

You are a perfect example of this.

Finally nerfing the blutsauger that weapon was always better than the needle gun, not the alternative it should have been.
And do not tell me you get no crits on the blutsauger, it happens to me half the time.
That fire proof suit is just.... *.*
I really hope the medic nerfs are fake! Buff the originals! Don't nerf the unlocks! We should all email Robin and tell him he's doing it wrong.
they change this game every time I go to play it.
I can't keep up

Honestly, I don't know what game you're playing, because I've never seen the Blutsauger crit randomly. The only times I've ever seen it crit are with the Kritz, after somebody caps the flag, or when somebody rolls crits with a Roll The Dice mod. Or, of course, after the Medic's team wins the round.
As for the Blut being better than the Needlegun, that's dependant on how you play Medic. The Needlegun is a fairly powerful weapon in the hands of a skilled Medic, and the ability to land crits just makes him more powerful. While the Blut does heal, I, personally, don't use it in a battle Medic role - which, it's rare that I battle Medic since the team always needs more healy Medics and less stupid and suicidal Medics. Most of the time, the weapon I carry when I'm not healing somebody and know there's nobody anywhere near me to heal, is the Ubersaw. The Blut is mainly for taking out Heavies, sentries(And their Engies), Pyros and Scouts. Anything else I'll hit with the Ubersaw or just run away from. Although I have been known to kick some Pyro ass with a well placed Ubersaw jab.
As someone said on the first page, the Blut is a defensive weapon. You mainly use it when you're running away trying to find somebody to save your ass, regardless of how good your aim with it is. You backpedal and spam needles to try and deter the enemy team from blowing you, and your 60% uber, up.
ah lijitsu you forgot first blood, that confuses a lot of people for some reason
Can we get a source?
ah lijitsu you forgot first blood, that confuses a lot of people for some reason
Ah, right, I haven't played Arena in forever - since the Sniper/Spy update somehow made my computer even laggier when I play populated maps - and forgot about First Blood. Just the same, though, about the only First Bloods I've ever seen have been Snipers in open maps and Soldiers/Pyros/Scouts in more close in maps. While playing Medic in Watchtower one time, I once got sniped within about 8 seconds of the spawn release. One of my team mates actually complained about me dieing so fast - 'cause, y'know, I can totally dodge sniper rounds while standing on a pipe maybe a character and a half thick - and demanded a new Medic. I stopped healing him.
