Not my Blutsauger D: Anything but my blutsauger!
This
Just a quick question. Who plays this TF2 beta and how did they get to it? I'm sure it isn't available for normal people.
Specifically chosen professional competetive teams from North America and Europe.
Dead Ringer becomes twice as useful. [editline]05:11PM[/editline] Actually if he is capable of a good score with only the sapper and the knife, I'd call him a bloody good spy.
Thanks.
Source? Without one i don't believe this
I am very interested in that non-ignitable suit. Not because I'd use it, I love revolvers far too much to do so, but because of the ways it'd effect other classes. - Razorback could finally become a viable unlock, since there would be a type of Spy that could only give a Razorback Sniper mean looks as he passes by.
Razorback is a viable unlock, especially if you're sniping in view of a sentry, such as in the garage in Turbine. It either makes Spies go past you in disgust, or decloak and undisguise long enough to shoot you twice, which can be more than enough time for a teammate to come barreling around a corner and blow them to hell. Plus, now you know there's a Spy about. And if he does failspy you and try a backstab? Well, now you can beat him in the face with your 12 foot knife.
"Revealed" I want to know the source for this.

Source? No problem Nos!

Sadly 95% of the people I see using it are absolutely terrible at killing anything.
Is there any evidence to prove this isn't fake? Any links or anything.
I would like a suit that actually increases my chance of getting lit up and have it as a misc equipment. I really dont get ignited that much and i like my revolver 120 damage Crit. to all spies: Chain Backstab->enemy 1->enemy 2->enemy 3-> Ad infinitum until you meet a pyro, then backpedal and shoot the pyro in the back with your awesome crit rate
The other is completely IMMUNE to fire. This BREAKS Pyro Spy checking entirely. Let's see which one the team likes more.
This, this, this. I'm tired of dying repeatedly to spychecks which (by circumstance or otherwise; this is to you "ur a horble spi" people) couldn't have been sidestepped.
This, this, this. The first makes you take 90% less damage from fire, the other Makes you not ignite but still take damage (like pyro vs pyro)
The razorback is good if you're a good enough sniper to be a big benefit to your team without jarate, cause then you can be alive for longer and therefore a benefit to your team for longer. I have horrid aim with the rifle, but I can nail somebody from 20 yards with that jar. About the only time I ever use the rifle and Razorback is after getting harassed repeatedly by Spies while sniping, and even then I usually just find a sentry to hang out by, preferably around 15-20 feet away. Or go Medic.
Now, tell me please, was medic useless before medic update? WAS HE? So even if they totally removed the new weapons from the medic, he is fucking useful even with the original ones. The unlocks should be scaled to the original ones. They should be about the same reliability, not stronger nor weaker. So once Valve overshoot with the unlocks, they should fix them back to scale with original weapons. If you need that fucking bloodsucker FOR DAMAGING to play medic, you are fucking bad medic then. Needleguns are an secondary weapons used only when you can't do your primary work - healing people, because they are either all dead, or far away. There is no fucking reason why bloodsucker should be more powerful than needlegun, and I tell you it fucking is. I dare you to duel me with any class except soldier or demo, and I guarantee you that you will get owned.
If valve didn't want to buff the medic in the first place then they wouldn't have given him obvious upgrades. Nor would they be working on making the old weapons better as they are now. "what valve want" aside, it's nicer to have an actually good gun than 2 shitty ones. Sorry that you don't want people to enjoy playing medic?
As you can tell i'm not a brilliant spy.

Medic patch was the first update coming. Valve didn't had everything sorted out back at then. Medic is fun healing, not running around like an idiot shooting things. We have scout for that.
why in the hell would they nerf the medic

I really don't think that they though "no crits" was gonna be a real downside for anything, and with the Krtiz it was pretty clear they had been attempting to make sidegrades for the items that matter. And the bluts is basically what makes playing pub medic enjoyable because you have a chance of not dying due to your team usually sucking too much to protect you. So there.
The spy's suit should also make him go faster so he can run away from w+m1 pyros, as well as catch up to classes that go his speed or slightely faster like medics. Also since he's French he's going to be running away a lot so why not let him do it quickly?
The spy's suit should be taken out of the game and never thought of again
Fixed. Although it will be fun getting all those free points on spies who can't touch you if you get two meters away.
Another idea! Why not make the spy suit make him not collide with enemies but gives him like a 200 percent WEAKNESS to fire? That way he could be in and out really really easily but makes pyro spy-checking quite a bit more of a problem for him. Although, it could be overpowered with the cloak and dagger because he could just stay anywhere he likes and not be found. Oh and imagine backstabbing people from inside them. Or backstabbing people by running through them backwards. Nevermind, this would never work.

All of the spies weaknesses created by not having a revolver are solved by making him go faster. All of the potential strengths of being immune/resistant against fire are offset by not having a revolver. It works out really well in my mind.

There's absolutely no chance to uncloak and shoot back before you die. You have like 0.3-0.8s left to live after you get incinerated.

I have this really awesome idea and then I start typing before I've even thought it through... except, of course, when I realize it's not a good idea I DON'T POST IT.
Ubersaw nerf sucks.
